Thank you to everyone that helped be apart of the First “It’s Ok to Not be Ok 5k” event! We helped organize this event to benefit NAMI Berks! We had about 120 runners and walkers and the weather was great! Thank you NAMI Berks County PA for working together to get this run off the ground.
